By accessing or using SuprInvoices, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

If you do not agree, do not use the service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

SuprInvoices is a cloud-based invoicing platform that allows businesses to create, manage, send, and track invoices, manage clients, and process payments.

We do not guarantee specific outcomes from using the service.

Results and outputs are provided on an informational basis only.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Keep login credentials secure
• Accept responsibility for activity under your account

We may suspend or terminate accounts for abuse, fraud, or violations of these Terms.

You agree not to:

• Use the service for illegal purposes
• Create fraudulent or misleading invoices
• Misrepresent your business identity on invoices
• Use the platform for money laundering or financial fraud
• Attempt to disrupt, scan, or attack infrastructure
• Abuse rate limits or usage quotas
• Reverse engineer, copy, or attempt to extract source code
• Use automated systems to overload our servers
• Interfere with other users

We reserve the right to restrict or block abusive activity.

Subscriptions are processed via Polar and may be subject to their terms.

• Free trials convert to paid plans unless canceled before the trial ends
• Refunds are available within 7 days of being charged (contact us by email)
• You may cancel anytime
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• Access to paid features continues until the billing period ends
• Plan limits apply as defined in pricing

We may change pricing with reasonable notice.

Each plan includes defined usage limits such as:

• Number of invoices per month
• Number of clients
• Number of business profiles
• Access to premium invoice templates
• API access and rate limits
• Export capabilities

We may enforce technical limits, throttling, or infrastructure protections to maintain service stability.

We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

Maintenance, outages, infrastructure issues, or third-party failures may occur.

All platform code, design, branding, invoice templates, and proprietary systems belong to SuprInvoices.

You may not copy, resell, redistribute, sublicense, or replicate the service or its templates.

Invoice data, business information, and client data you create through your account belong to you.

We may use anonymized aggregate data for improving the service.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to use any data you submit to the service.

You are responsible for the accuracy of invoices you create, including amounts, tax calculations, and compliance with local tax and invoicing laws.

SuprInvoices is not an accounting firm, tax advisor, or legal service. The platform is a tool — you are responsible for how you use it.

We are not responsible for:

• Third-party service disruptions
• Data accuracy of external sources
• Third-party infrastructure responses
• Incorrect tax calculations on invoices
• Regulatory non-compliance of invoices you create

The service is provided “as is” and “as available.”

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SuprInvoices shall not be liable for:

• Business losses
• Data loss
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Incorrect tax calculations or missed payments
• Regulatory non-compliance arising from invoice content

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SuprInvoices from claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

• Your misuse of the service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your unauthorized use of the service

We may suspend or terminate accounts that:

• Violate these Terms
• Abuse infrastructure
• Engage in fraudulent activity

You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, you may export your data within 30 days.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts located in Maharashtra, India.
